  • Anything goes! But comfort is key, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. You’ll most likely be laying down for some of the session so you want to feel comfortable.

  • We have a number of different locations in and around London. We recommend checking the location before you book.

    Each workshop location has been carefully selected to bring you the full self love lab experience. With rest, rejuvenation, connection and healing at the heart of each space.

  • Absolutely! If you would like a private session for yourself, a group of you or for a corporate session, please email info@theselflovelab.co.uk with as much detail as possible as we’ll get back to you within 24hrs

  • We can refund and transfer tickets 48 hours before your booked session. If you cancel within this, we cannot refund your ticket.

  • YES!! We love a solo babe. Lots of people come to sessions alone and our spaces are always super friendly and welcoming.
